Holden's Comments and SHOPTALK Clips |
The Kansas Poets “Shoptalk” Series featured Kansas Poet Laureate, Jonathan Holden, show hosts Jerry Reeck and Lori Bergren; the program was coordinated by Greg German.
The production was made possible by Kansas Regents Center coordinator, Sue White and her Kansas State University Telenet-2 staff who made possible the broadcast of the SHOPTALK series across the state. Jim Mock, ECC Station Manager, Kansas State University, and his staff helped to produce the final program, parts of which aired on KST8 - Cox Cable Channel 8, Manhattan, KS and surrounding region. They also helped create the educational DVD of the last program. The Kansas Arts Commission provided financial support in making the endeavor possible. |
DVDs of the final SHOPTALK program featuring a poetry reading and question / answer session by the Jonathan Holden were made available to schools, colleges and libraries across the state, in the Fall of 2007. Copies were also available for purchase and still might be available.
